INFORMATION FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS:
Once our quote has been accepted, in order to confirm the direct booking, a 30% deposit of the total stay amount is required. Payment must be made via bank transfer to the IBAN that will be provided to you privately.

The booking will be considered confirmed and the dates blocked upon receipt of the deposit.

The remaining 70% balance must be paid 7 days before check-in, via bank transfer to the same IBAN.

If the balance is not received within the indicated timeframe, we reserve the right to consider the booking cancelled and make the property available for rent again.
